San Francisco 49’ers Faithful Will Enjoy NFC Championship Game at Michael Mina’s Tailgate
Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, the NFC Championship game will be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Longtime San Francisco 49er fan and award-winning Chef Michael Mina has been waiting a long time to experience this game at “his stadium” – Levi’s Stadium®. Levi’s Stadium® opened July 17, 2014, large projects like these take years to design and buid. The 49er’s wanted to include a Michael Mina Bourbon Steak and Michael Mina Tailgate at their new home.
Ken Schwartz, FCSI president + ceo of SSA foodservice design + consulting was asked to design and consult on the commercial kitchen equipment for this mega foodservice project.
